Delicious and healthy - Edit
This was a great find! I stumbled across this in search of a picnic lunch. I had the umami knows best and it was so delicious. I took it along to St Stephen’s Park and it was enough food to feed two! Definitely recommend

Solid healthy GF vegan options - Edit
I’m just a tourist but if I was a local I’m sure I’d frequent here. By ordering using the kiosks I was able to see the allergen ingredients for each option & choose between multiple safe dishes. It was very quick, and pretty tasty.

I was craving something fresh and Sprout really delivered on this promise. They use locally sourced, seasonal produce and offer bowls, salads and wraps. Great value for money and ideal if you are out with meat eaters.

The amount of choice was amazing, I would give it 5 stars but cannot as it has some meat options. The array of build your own items (salads, wraps) is amazing

Great lunch to go! - Edit
We stopped by Sprout & Co to grab lunch to-go for a picnic in St. Stephan’s Green. There were a couple of vegan bowl options (both were very good and very large). We appreciated how fast the service was and how easy it was to get in and out. There is some seating in the restaurant as well.
