Some vegan options

Stellina in Bogotá is incredibly accommodating for vegans! They happily customized dishes for my plant-based diet. Their Pizza Primavera without cheese was fresh and flavorful, loaded with vibrant vegetables. Since their house-made pasta contains eggs :(, they offered gluten-free pasta with veggies instead.
