The restaurant itself is difficult to find, at the moment the hotel next to them is doing renovations so it’s pitch black and down an ominous street. Don’t give up, it’s worth the search, I promise! Google maps took me to the wrong street (I think it took me kind of behind the building) and when I went around the corner I finally found it.

The interior is so lovely with a cute garden. The food is presented beautifully. They make the tempeh themselves. The dishes are really delicious. The owner is really friendly and lovely. What more could you want?!

It doesn’t matter if you’re vegetarian or not — the food here is simply excellent. The restaurant itself is beautiful, the dishes are plated beautifully and taste amazing. My partner, who isn’t vegetarian, enjoyed every single bite. We only wish we’d discovered this place earlier — we would have come back every night!

Su vegetarian offer a very unique vegetarian foods in Sapa. Understood that the price is a bit higher due to the ingredients they use and the dishes are nicely decorated. Very satisfied with all the 3 dishes that I had The restaurant is decorated in a very zen and peaceful way and lots of greenery in the outdoor dinning.

10/10 for decor and presentation, but food rather hit or miss flavour wise. Spicy mushroom soup was sensational, promising further delights, but mountain ravioli tiny portion and tasteless filling, papaya salad ok but have had much tastier in ordinary homestays. Fruit and yoghurt dessert, nice, but hard to go wrong with, generous portion.

If your eyes are more important than your belly, you'll absolutely love this place.

If you want a luxurious dining experience, this is your place. I had the pea mushroom soup and tempeh dish. The soup was very natural and health but a bit lucking in seasoning but the tempeh dish was amazing. It's quite expensive for Vietnam but you get gourmet menu.

This amazing fully vegetarian restaurant in Sapa is a true hidden gem. Everything was extraordinary including menu, food, decor and ambience. All the dishes we tried were absolutely delicious! It's not the easiest place to find so don't give up if you can't find it straightaway. Just ask the locals in the area and they will all help you. Locale lontano dal rumore della città, si entra scalzi indossando le loro ciabattine - il pavimento è di ghiaia. Molto curato l'ambiente, molto pulito. I piatti proposti diversi dai soliti della zona, buonissimi e presentati in modo eccezionale. Prezzi poco più alti della media della zona, ma valeva la pena! Parlano inglese molto bene, si può pagare con bancomat ( 3% però) Peccato un giorno solo qui, saremmo potuti tornare.

Unable to find this restaurant - Edit
We tried go to to this restaurant however after using directions from this app in google maps were unable to find it. Our taxi followed the directions and it took us to a dead end road in a residential area. Please correct me if I am wrong but from what we can tell this place does not exist.

Hidden Gem in Sa Pa - Edit
SU is a wonderful and peaceful place a little outside of the hustle and bustle of Sapa. The restaurant consists of an outside area with a table around a tree and an inside area, where the floor is covered in small stones and the guests are encouraged to walk barefoot or use slippers provided by the restaurant.

The food is really delicious, we had to come twice because we loved it so much. However it feels a little more like fine dining, the dishes are very well plated and the prices might be a little higher, than other restaurants in Vietnam. However for freshly cooked meals and many homemade ingredients it is still very cheap in my opinion. (We spent around 150.000 Dong per Person for food and drinks).
It is definetly worth a try, especially because the restaurant is still very new.
Pros: Health benefits from ingredients in menu, Quiet and peaceful, Tasty and unusual food options
Cons: Hidden and outside the main area, Waiting time, owners still getting used to busines, In the evening bring mosquito repellent

I had the sprout salad , baked pumpkin soup which was delicious you could see they used a lot of vegetables grown in the garden. Ginger fruity kombucha is also delicious and healthy. There are so many vegan options, the food is full of flavor and doesn't get boring. Will come back for sure.

This new restaurant is one of the best vegetarian restaurants we have dined in Vietnam. They make the food from local products and for example the mushrooms and tempeh were particularly tasty. The couple who run the restaurant together are very friendly. The restaurant is located on the hill next to the central square of Sapa. With google maps you can get there quite easily. Take the street with the stairs up from the central square. Definitely worth eating here when visiting Sapa.
