Decent option in the North - Edit
Went for brunch on Anzac Day. Cafe is nice inside, the decor is pleasant and the staff were very friendly.
Read moreWe had coffees, the Malibu Mash (Vegan Option) and the Nourish Bowl. Coffee was really weak and not all that impressive.
As for food the Nourish Bowl was serviceable and at least a good healthy option, the Malibu Mash my partner really enjoyed so that was a highlight.
Not standing out, not falling behind in my opinion
Pros: Plenty of marked vegan options, Friendly staff, Quick service
Cons: Coffee was average at best, Bit expensive once you swap in the vegan options

Staff are friendly and service is timely. The servings are not big, but they are enough. Hash browns are amazing! Good vegan options, would be nice if they had a little more, but what they have is great!

Read moreI was looking forward to trying their vegan egg but unfortunately they were out when I visited. They were also out of another nice looking vegan dish, the winter greens. I couldn’t go past the mushroom “melody” so I replaced the missing vegan egg with roasted tomato. It with nonetheless delicious with tangy, salty nut feta and creamy truffled white bean creme. The tomato was a worthwhile addition, adding a little sweetness and acidity to the umami flavours.
They make delicious coffee with St Ali beans. I ordered a strong soy flat white which they first poured as a double shot and unfortunately the heat and acidity split the soy milk. They seemed really invested in my enjoying my coffee though so they remade it on a double ristretto and it was perfect.
Looking forward to trying the vegan egg next time!

Just wow! Great atmosphere, great food, great service. The mushroom medley was sensational and the coffee was superb. The components on the place were perfect and the taste was outstanding. The service was outstanding, and our waitress Steph was fabulous. I shall be back!

What I gem this place is! The coffee, the food, the staff were all amazing. Steph was so helpful and caring, and very engaging. She made our experience even better. The coffee was amazing, the mushroom melody was ridiculously delicious! I’ll be back.

Fantastic everything - Edit
I loved this place! The coffee is outstanding! Truly. And the food matched. Everything is just a little extra special. Even the staff are top notch! I had the mushroom melody and absolutely loved it! The fake egg was the most interesting part but the flavours of everything else are magnificent. Decent portion I almost couldn’t finish it. My partner had the scramble tofu wrap which was a smaller portion but really delicious. Will definitely be coming back to try everything else.

Exciting new cafe - Edit
Excellent cafe with great vegan options, just what Reservoir needed. Classy and chill all at once. Lovely team that take veganism seriously and great coffee. Was awesome to actually ponder over many vegan choices.
