Small but perfect for a quick shopping trip - Edit
If you’re not in the mood to wander the aisles at the bigger grocery stores this place is perfect. Good quality fresh produce and all the staples you need.
This coop is such a hidden gem. Tucked in the neighborhood, this place has so many vegan ready made options and cooking options. They have bulk sections for grains, nuts, spices, cooking oils, soaps, and more. They had many health and eco-friendly brands. I loved it.
The prices are naturally higher here for common things like kombucha as compared to other places, but supporting local is pretty groovy. Their ready-made foods though are tasty and filling, very worth the fair pricing.
I guess I'm spoiled by co-ops in other cities as well as my own (Buffalo), but this co-op didn't really impress. It's very small and with a limited selection. The produce was pretty tired, there were only 3 aisles of grocery items. There was a pretty sizable bulk section and even liquid bulk which was nice to see, so if I lived in Syracuse I'd probably come here for that.
There were some vegan sandwiches and prepared foods like a vegan meatloaf meal, so if you're looking for grab and go they do have that well.
A great place with a long history. Definitely a bit old fashioned in how they do things,in other words there's definitely a granola vibe here, but still a great Syracuse staple for the true long-term, die-hard, vegetarians and vegans.

Come here every week - Edit
For groceries! Bulk tofu, maple syrup, dish soap, dr bronners. It’s the tiniest co op I’ve ever seen but it has everything I need.

Co-op with lots of bulk and vegan offerings - Edit
You can get tofu here without packaging! They are very conducive to a zero waste, vegan lifestyle. Growler fills, bulk items, coffee, etc
