Wish there was rice in it. Otherwise it tasted pretty healthy. Lots of veggies!

Taco Fresco does have a specifically labelled vegan taco, but unfortunately its just not very good. Just plain white beans with raw onion, cilantro and jalapeño, and salsa on top.
