Popular restaurant with vegan options! Cash only! - Edit
Popped in for a quick night and was surprised by the beautiful interior. I've had their soy chorizo option as both tacos and a Huarache (specify no cheese). The soy chorizo is smokey and quite filling! They bring many salsas and toppings to the table for you to customize your dish.

A line does form but they do move people through quickly. The restaurant is cash only!

Very friendly place with a lively ambience. The guacamole and chips were delicious. Several options for vegan tacos that were very good but slightly on the oily side. They had non alcoholic cocktails available. I had the mojito which wasn’t the best.

HUGE portions and labeled options - Edit
I got both the mushroom and cactus tacos and absolutely loved them! The portion sizes are huge, and the salsas and guac are great too. The tacos also come with a side of onion, cilantro, and lime which elevates all of the flavors. The grilled onions and peppers are also vegan.
