i think it’s a littly bit overpriced for small portions… for a small cup of dal its 9 euro without any rice or naan. But it was really delicious. We asked to make it spicy and it was. Really nice waitress and many vegan options.

I would love to give more stars because all in all it really got me, just the size bothered me a lot. Also salad could be a little more exciting, maybe some oil - or cheaper!

the restaurant has some vegan options. the waitress was very nice and explained me which vegetable dishes were vegan. all in all solid indian food with okay prices!

We randomly walked by just as they were opening for dinner. Lots of vegan options, everything we had was delicious, and the staff was friendly and attentive.

With a lot of places being closed on Sunday and this coming up on the HappyCow radar we thought we'd give it a punt. We were the only people there and it had a nice (pink) atmosphere and friendly welcoming service. Shared bhajis and samosas for starter and were given complimentary poppadoms etc. Main course was aubergine curry with rice which was nice and medium spiced, served with rice. All perfectly agreeable.

We've been to Tamarind today and were a Little dissapointed: The waiter didnt understand any English beyond the words from the menu. Hence, she couldnt tell which dishes were vegan :(
Read moreThe Curry was good, maybe a little runny :( Dishes are served without any sides. 'Medium hot' was quite mild for my taste. Prices were quite reasonable (7 to 11 Euros for vegetarian main courses)

Good food, great place to go with non-vegs - Edit
I was there with 3 friends, all of them eat meat so this was a good compromise. The food was very good, for vegans there is a choice of curries. Ask the server about any other dishes, as some of the vegetarian ones contain butter.
Read moreServer was really nice. Food was ok but not the best Indian I ever had. If you tell them to do it not so spicy, it is not spicy at all in the end. What also bothered us was that it was pretty cold inside, but this seems to be kinda normal there.
