Great vegan Quesadilla

Tapas and Tequila in Blue ridge had vegan cheeze. I didn’t believe it when I called but indeed it was on their menu.

I got the veggie quesadilla and added vegan cheeze, with a side of guac and yucca fries and got the plantains instead of rice and beans
It was yummy!!

They also bring you chips and salsa.

(My parents got non vegan food that is irrelevant ..)

Pros: Vegan cheeze, yummy fooos , good service , Quick

Cons: Only a few vegan options
