Tan tan men was very tasty! - Edit
They had 3 vegan varieties now and I really enjoyed the tan tan men😄lots of veggies and the noodles are fresh. Also the location is good and the staff is fast & friendly.

At Tensai, there are only two varieties of the same main dish that can be made vegan. They aren't particularly exciting, but at least you know what you are getting.

I had to pay 17,30€ for something so unenjoyable I couldn't even finish. They say "if it's too spicy or salty - we can fix it!" but they can't, really. Their chili oils ruins the entire dish. The broth wasn't very flavourful anyway and the toppings were boring - there's no vegan protein options?? The waiter ended up bringing me vegetable broth for me to make it less spicy, but soup doesn't affect literal oil swimming on top. Didn't enjoy it all and my tastebuds died a little. Very sad.

One Vegan option - Edit
They have only one vegan option - Tan tan men (based on your request they can make it vegetarian or vegan). I find it nice with a bit of spicy hot taste. Service is fast and good location.

Excellent noodles and service - Edit
We were helped very well and the waitress was knowledgeable. The miso in the creamy veggie miso ramen is made with butter, so not vegan, so I had the veggie shirunashi tan tan men instead, which was delicious.
