An out of the way choice, with a few good vegan options - Edit

Some heavily remodeling was happening to the building and parking lot while we were here, but this place was open. The only entrance is on 5th street, just before you get to the railroad tracks.

We had the afghan rice, which is vegan, and the butternut squash salad. Be careful if you order a salad here: the waitress helpfully informed us that none of the dressings listed on the menu are vegan. Even those that would otherwise appear vegan (like lemon thyme) have honey in them, and are therefore unsuitable for strict vegans. They offered to make a balsamic reduction for the salad in place of the listed dressings.

If you're considering the veggie burger, you may want to confirm with the staff that it (and the bun) are vegan. If memory serves, the waitress mentioned that either it or the bun were non-vegan. Given the renovations here, it wouldn't surprise me if the menu was in flux.

We had a couple of cocktails with our meal, and they were great. Both of our meals were very good as well, but this restaurant is a bit limited at present in terms of options for vegans.
