Came here for the typical avocado toast, and I was blown away by how good it is. Such a simple thing, and they manage to make it amazing with the bread they use.
Read moreThere doesn’t seem to be a lot of vegan options from a glance at their menu, but the cashier told me they can easily make most of the items vegan. I was able to get an oat milk cappuccino.

Read moreMy boyfriend and I visited SF for just 2 nights and came here twice cause it was so good.
As a newly GF vegan I really appreciated their gf bread which was delicious and filled with seeds, tried it once topped with hummus zaatar and then with cinnamon sugar (with a butter alternative) - both great. My boyfriend got normal toast with avocado and rated it too. The toast looks like just one piece that won’t be much but it’s kinda the perfect amount and they pile on the toppings 👌
A beautiful cafe too with great vibes.
Pros: GF bread, Drip coffee is great, Cafe interior
Cons: Not a vegan business, Loaves of GF bread are $$$

Avocado toast was great, on super delicious bread. You can also get a sourdough starter here to make your own sourdough bread at home.

The Mill is a bakery for Josie the bread maker. All the breads are vegan. There is a gluten free version. There are several toast options And coffees with almond milk or almond/oat combination.
