Nice surprise - Edit
I accidentally stumbled upon this place and it might be my new go-to vegan café/restaurant. It is nice and quiet inside, the portions are big and the prices low. I ordered a vegan masala with broccoli and cauliflower salad and found the food delicious. You can grab a book from the shelves that are about vegan lifestyle to read along.

Affordable and Cute - Edit
Lovely cafe of LSE, perfect place to grab a hot drink and catch up on some work if you’re in the area. Prices are fair and the atmosphere is nice and clean

Cheap and cheerful - Edit
The food was good, not great. They don’t go in for presentation. It reminds me of vegetarian restaurants in the’90s. You get a lot of food and for a good price.

Good Choice - Edit
Nice, healthy homemade style food. Great prices for central London. A few options for hot food, would recommend. You can get in if you aren’t an LSE student.

Nice food - great price - Edit
Nice cafe, very quiet when I went in with a good selection of veggie and vegan options. Shame it isn’t all vegan but seemed most stuff was - just ask. I had the curry and it came with rice and one side salad also - all for £5.95 which for very central london is amazing.

Good selection - Edit
A regular lunch spot for me. Plenty of interesting hot and cold options; juices, curries, pasta bakes, stews and quiches, all come with a generous choice of side salads. Good value for central London and decent portions - it does get very crowed at lunch so quite hard to find a seat, but you can get a take out.

Hidden gem - Edit
Loved it here, most of the food offered is vegan including croissants, cakes and lunch mains. Nice environment, feels hidden away from the rest of Kingsway. Semi-reasonable prices. Only thing is I think that the only plant milks offered for drinks are almond and coconut, would love some soya or oat milk too.
Read morePros: Lots of vegan choices, Lots of seating room, not busy
Cons: Some things are pricey, Not a great selection of plant milks

Great value - Edit
Just walked past on our way to Covent Garden and popped in for lunch. Had a huge serve of all the salad options. Excellent value, good ingredients, very fresh and healthy.

Great value, convenient location - Edit
In addition to the pre-packaged foods, they also have a limited selection of hot and cold options that changes, with typically a vegan and a vegetarian option. They also have coffee drinks and some baked goods, such as vegan croissants and blondies.
Read moreI had the vegan wellington (chickpeas, squash, spinach, mushroom, lentil in a phyllo pastry) which came with the two salads (one with cauliflower, broccoli, onion, radish, and gherkin; one with shredded carrot and red onion) on top of greens. This meal was £5.95, which was a great value for the portions of food, the quality, and variety.
Pros: Great value, Nice food, Friendly staff
Cons: Can be a bit crowded as it is a student cafe
