Lovely meal here! Lovely place and super welcoming staff. Very accommodating with dogs, and an awesome vegan menu! I had the cauliflower tempura with chips, and Knickerbocker glory for afters! Delish!

We had Sunday lunch here and the vegan options were delicious. The staff were really helpful and brought out special vegan things for me and even made a beautiful eton mess for dessert. Will definitely return

Great Vegan Dining - Edit
Visited here for a birthday celebration and we were very impressed. Aside from the balloons and free gift, the food was also interesting and very tasty - not your pub usual options. The service was also perfect and we genuinely felt well looked after.

Fine Dining in the Yorkshire Dales - Edit
Set in a beautiful old building in Wensleydale the restaurant is part of a pub and inn. Offering a variety of areas to eat we chose to sit in the dinning room. The options on the menu reflect the heritage of the chef with the Thai Salad and the Risotto being wonderfully flavoursome and rich. There was also a few good options for dessert. It's expensive but very much worth it as a fine-dining treat.
