Best vegan cakes! - Edit
We’ve been coming to Tingel Kringel for 10 years or so. It’s a pity they don‘t offer bagels anymore, but their cakes are still the best in Bern! They have am amazing vegan selection. The brownie used to be my favorite when I wasn‘t vegan yet 10 years ago, now they‘ve veganized it and it‘s just the best! All the other cakes are amazing, too. They also have a cute cat that hangs around in the cafe. Coffee is good, too. Go there & try it😄

Have tried the vegan bagel as well as the vegan cheesecake. both of them were really tasty and i‘d order them again. Absolute best was the spicy chai latte with oatmilk! the bistro is small and cozy, a reservation could be useful

The cafe is pretty small, but the vegan cake options are really good and the vegan bagel was as well very tasty😄the staff is always friendly and i can definitely recommend it.

Would love to give four stars but... - Edit
The atmosphere and the selection at this place were great, as was the selection of no less than four cakes, multiple bagels and two plant milks for coffee. But... we really, really disliked one of the two cakes we tried. It was a decent chocolate cake but had some sort of fruit jam in it which absolutely didn't belong there. The other cake was great, sorry don't remember the name - most likely they're changing anyway. So, give it a try, just avoid the chocolate cake...
