Very accommodating and understanding of veganize - Edit
Very accommodating and nice service. In addition to the caponata and maco di fava (already in the menu), they offered to make lentils, chickpeas soup. They also have in the menu delicious “scacce” of which two are vegan (one with broccoli and the other tomatoes and eggplants). Bread comes with olives, tomatoes or plain and is delicious. They changed a primo in the menu and made it vegan, it was delicious (spaghetti with cream of zucchini, black olives, small tomatoes, a typical green vegetable and bread crumbs). In an area where vegan options are not so many, this was a great find especially in their understanding of vegan food. Apparently they tried to have vegetable milks but had to stop because of low demand.

Nice vegan alternatives - Edit
We had mocco di fave (even if it is not in the summer menu) and pasta with tenerumi. The size of the plates is a bit small, but the taste is good
