Surpringly good for an airport kiosk - Edit
Love that vegan options are labelled. I’ve tried sushi, gyoza and tempura on a previous visit, and my latest visit had the tofu noodles (really good, pleasantly surprised) and the dumplings (ended up with more than I could eat)

Good teriyaki tofu bowl - Edit
The counter/store at the end of the airport offers udon, ramen and bowls, staff can explain which dishes are vegan. Had the teriyaki tofu bowl with rice, loads of fresh salad and very well seasoned tofu. There was a salad leaf that still had dirt on it, otherwise it was a cheap, delicious and filling meal.
