Utterly Bland - Edit
Service and atmosphere were great, but the food was really quite awful. I didn't even taste bad, it just tasted like nothing at all. I have no idea what they're doing in that kitchen, but it doesn't involve any spices. The sauce on my Udon Teriyaki was mostly water, and that's not me being hyperbolic. I don't understand the 5-star reviews at all. To Tokymon Chay: Get a new chef. PLEASE.

I went several Times here for Dinner and the asian food is so good. One of the best vegan duck I had. The Sushi with vegan tuna and salmon is Perfect too.

We had the spring rolls, crispy prawns, mango salad, and the basic pho. The prawns were lightly battered and plump, fantastic. The salad was so tasty with lots of texture. The pho was divine. Do this!

Per ora il miglior vegano asiatico mai provato , il menù è veramente ricco e le portante sono abbondanti , abbiamo preso il mix di sushi per due persone spettacolare, il fritto fatto alla perfezione, il ristorante non è economico ha un prezzo giusto rapportato alla qualità dei piatti.

Edit - this place is a staple for us in Frankfurt. The rice noodle dish with a mix of seitan & soy grilled "meat" is AMAZING - extremely unique and incredibly flavorful.

Papayasalat war lecker, die "Rind"-Streifen darauf waren mir nach einiger Zeit zu viel.
Lachs/Avocado Tartar war nicht schlecht aber auch nicht überragend.
Tempurasushi war lecker (sicherlich noch besser vor Ort).
"Ribs" hatten keinerlei Ähnlichkeit zu Ribs, waren dennoch ganz lecker aber verhältnismäßig zu viel. Etwas mehr Gemüse hätte dem recht süßen Gericht gut getan.
Curry Udon auch lecker, das "Hähnchen" fand ich persönlich nicht gut. Es handelt sich hier glaube ich um Tofu der in Tofuskin eingerollt ist, mit einer etwas teigigen Zwischenschicht, die stark gewürzt war mit Sternanis oder Nelke? Ich fand es leider unpassend.
Curry mit Reis mit Tofu war auch solide allerdings auch sehr süß.
Banh Bao (mit Füllung Nudeln etc.) fanden wir leider gar nicht gut, es hatte einen seltsamen Nachgeschmack.
Die Tom Yum Suppe wars leider auch nichts für uns, Suppe war zwar nicht schlecht aber der Inhalt ("Fleisch" und "Krabben") haben uns leider nicht geschmeckt.
Misosuppe war extrem salzig, Algen/Tofu Verhältnis könnte hier auch etwas angepasst werden.
Portionen sind allerdings sehr großzügig!
Alles in Allem ist es nicht schlecht, aber ich finde es könnte noch optimiert werden. Wir werden definitiv noch weitere Gerichte probieren, aber unsere "must try"-Empfehlung wird es wohl nicht werden.

Large menu, decent sized portions, food is ok but not impressive. Lacks in herbs and spices, most flavour seems to come from glutamate and soy sauce.
