Different delicious - Edit
We tried 2 smaller dishes and 2 mains: the spring rolls, mushroom steak, Mille feuille and ramen. The ramen especially was excellent, but all the food was fresh and delicious. Cute fit out, very clean, friendly staff who asked about our travels. Excellent all round.

Such a nice little restaurant located on the backside of the mall. Small tasteful side dishes to share or vegan Ramen. Funky with the orange theme.

Nice Find on a Rainy Night - Edit
It didn't show up in my search while we were frantically looking for a place to eat in Roppongi. How lucky were we to stumble upon this place during a storm! We love any restaurant where we can order anything off the menu. The ramen, curry, mushrooms, and truffle salt fries were delicious. Any time you can get an 8 and 6 year old to finish all their food, you know it's good! They also serve beer and wine, which was just icing on the cake!

I went home feeling happy - Edit
After reading the review from McMalloy, we decided to give this place a chance. We went for the ramen and it did not disappoint. So much flavor in the broth. The noodles were on point! Some bamboo shoots there? (I didn't ask what was it). So good. The atmosphere is nice. I Shazamed some songs while we were here! And we discovered that they sell doughnuts during the day, which hands down is the best doughnuts Ive ever had (including the non vegan that I had). I wish you well Tosso/Hoba/Oscar Wilde 🗻🍀

Very tasty ramen - Edit
The ramen here was super good. The broth was very rich in flavour and the noodles were very chewy and good. I also had the fresh spring rolls which were really good and indeed super fresh. There is also a onit shop «Oscar Wilde» and a take-out curry place «HOBA» in the same complex. I would really recommend the donuts because they are absolutely fantastic.

First review - it’s a hit! - Edit
Tosso is a cute, tiny place (though outdoor seating makes it not impossible to get a table). I’m excited to be their first reviewer, as they only opened recently! It’s either the same owners or a shared space with the donut store around the corner, and Tosso also offers a donut dessert (though the donuts were sold out when I was there).
Read moreTheir ramen sounded pretty basic—noodles, a soy-based broth, and green onions—and I’ve had ramen three times in the last two days, so I skipped it. Instead my party split a bunch of side dishes and appetizers, which was really fun. Everything was good and some things were great. My ratings:
-Fresh Spring Rolls: excellent
-Carrot Salad: excellent but a little small
-French fries with shiso: excellent for fries (the shiso is a great touch) but they’re fries so you kinda know what to expect
-Turnips and green onions in tomato sauce: very good. Each component was excellent but the dish didn’t totally gel for me.
-warm mushrooms salad: very good and fresh but a little simple.
For dessert I had the strawberry parfait and it was exquisite.
FYI the menu marks the dessert parfait as vegan but no other items for some reason. I double-checked and it is a vegan restaurant.
Sorry I forgot to take photos of the food but I’ve grabbed some snaps of the menu!
