Lovely vegan food

Lovely restaurant with lots of clearly labelled vegan food and nice setting when sitting outside. We ate here twice and loved it. We got the zucchini penne pesto dish and the “ragu finto” both of which were really nice. The roast potatoes were also delicious. Second time we ordered the spicy tomato spaghetti and the mushroom porcini both of which were also great. Highly recommend!

Lots of vegan options

They had several vegan options. All clearly labelled. Staff was friendly. Highly recommended if you are having a meal with meat eaters as they have both vegan and non vegan options

Food was great, service... meh

Went there with omnivore friends and everybody found something they liked. As vegan options we chose the penne with zucchini pesto which were delicious as well as the Seitan (also quite good). They were really busy though (people were waiting to be seated all over the place) and it was hard for us to get the waiters' attention and they kept forgetting about us so we ended up waiting an hour to pay. Vegan meals had their own respective symbol on the menu.

Pros: Great food, Quite obvious vegan signs on the menu, Location

Cons: Really busy, Hard to get waiters' attention without screaming

Not many options anymore.

Only option at the moment seems to be cheese-less pizza type meals. They still tried to be helpful though.

Traditional vegan food

Food was good, they had many vegan options and all of them were traditional Tuscan dishes.
Staff was a little bit cold and not super friendly.
Prices where a little bit too high but not exaggerated.
Atmosphere was nice, like the one you’d expect from a traditional trattoria

Pros: Traditional vegan food, Nice trattoria atmosphere

Cons: A little bit pricy, Cold staff

Amazing Tuscany food

This is a nice trattoria with traditional Tuscany dishes. Vegan options are clearly marked so it’s easy to choose. We had Pappa al pomodoro, Ribollita and a really good pasta. The waitress also recommended vegan lemon and sage sorbet and it was delicious.

Pros: Delicious food, Clearly marked vegan options, Cozy place

Wasn’t horrible

My partner and I had the pesto vegan pasta and the seitan ragu pasta, both of which were very average. Just super bland and boring flavors and very undercooked pasta. Not bad but nothing to rave about honestly.

Pros: A few vegan options , Centrally located

Good Italian food

We had lunch here, it’s a traditional Italian restaurant with meat dishes, but veggie and vegan items clearly marked. They had 3 vegan pasta dishes, we had the zucchini pesto penne and the spaghetti with spicy tomato sauce(it wasn’t spicy though-which the waitress warned me about). We also had the sautéed chard. Generous amounts of olive oil. Vegan bread served with meal. Nice waitress. No vegan desert (except fruit). Nice to finally have a vegan meal in a traditional Italian restaurant after being in Italy for 2 weeks. Good value.

Pros: 3 vegan pasta options., Nice atmosphere

Cons: Good value., No vegan protein (seitan, tofu, etc) on menu.

Good restaurant for a mixed group

I had the toasted bread with Tuscan beans to start, which was gorgeous with olive oil and black pepper. Then had the gnocchi which was really good. Wouldn’t have found this gem if our travel agent hadn’t reserved us a table for our first night in Florence.

Pros: Vegan options clearly marked, Clean, Friendly staff
