If you are a vegan visiting Florence reading reviews of this place and wishing it wasn’t such a journey… ORDER DELIVERY! They communicate via WhatsApp and have their own drivers and it is currently FREE (although I wouldn’t blame them for charging in the future) Our food arrived hot and delicious. The crust was still crispy and the mushrooms were still warm and smoky. Some of the best food we’ve ever had, all from the comfort of our Air BnB.

Sapori autentici, nel rispetto della nostra tradizione fiorentina ma soprattutto nel rispetto del pianeta! Tutto interamente vegano, senza plastica e addirittura con la possibilità di vuoto a rendere per acqua e vino! I ragazzi poi sono sempre gentili e sorridenti!
Che dire, una esperienza speciale con panini volanti e soprattutto GUSTOSI. Bravi!!!

Che devo dire Tan8 è una garanzia, già solo quando ti saluta dal terrazzino ripaga della strada fatta per arrivare sulla location, poi quando addenti i suoi spettacolari panini, ti rendi conto di quanto ci abbiano studiato, un’esplosione di sapori, una meraviglia che consiglio di assaggiare a tutti, vagano, vegetariani, onnivori, carnivori ecc. almeno una volta nella vita ( per ma sarà anche più di una volta 😂) quella/e delizie, ragazzi continuate cosi, avete intrapreso la strada giusta.

We loved everything about this place, their sandwiches were super tasty and flavorful (they're mostly mushroom based) and it's such a fun experience to have your food delivered from a balcony. Also the two chefs were very friendly and we didn't have to wait long for the food. If you want to get you food even faster, you can order online in advance and set a time to pick it up. One thing to know though: there's no seats available, just two small tables to stand at - so it's perfect for takeaway. :)
