Best bet for quality vegan options - Edit
We were in Park City for three nights and had dinner here twice. It was THAT good! Vegan options were plentiful on the menu. I had completely different dishes each time and enjoyed all of them. My omnivorous dinner companions also raved about their food. Service was friendly and attentive. If you're looking to have a nice dinner with interesting vegan options that are reasonably priced, you really can't go wrong with this place!

Soooooo good!!!! - Edit
Absolutely loved the peach/jalapeno mocktail & the polenta with watermelon before our meal came. All the flavors worked so well together!!! I got the corn pasta (veganized) which was so flavorful and tasty — wow! My hubby got the General Tso (vegan) — he really enjoyed it too! Would definitely recommend stopping here if in PC!

Great vegan options and great service - Edit
We stopped by while we were in the Park city area. We’re very pleased with the options. The menu is smaller but don’t let that stop you from sampling the high quality plant based options available

Update: Went for Dinner! - Edit
Absolutely an incredible experience- we went for a quick drink and snack a year ago, and since then they have expanded the restaurant (I think)! All of the plant based apps and dinner entrees are delicious, I loved the bean burger, mushroom pakoras, and especially the fried brussel starter. They have many different options for everyone with clearly labeled options. Their liquor menu is also awesome. We will return when we go to PC in the future.

Good options for vegans/vegetarians - Edit
We really enjoyed our meal at this restaurant on our recent road trip from Atlanta to Salt Lake City. The restaurant was a bit drafty but when we asked the server to raise the temperature to make it warmer, it did get better. We ordered the flatbread, 3-cheese mac, the ravioli, shitake fritters. For dessert we had some kind of brownie with berries - it was really yum! We also had a bottle of their Malbec wine. Everything was delicious and beautifully presented. Our server was professional. We would definitely go back if we lived in Utah.

healthy, upscale vegan food you can trust ; best vegan option in Park City - Edit
This restaurant has intentionally vegan dishes on the menu, as opposed to "veganized" dishes made by leaving off the cheese and egg (for example). Dishes are labeled Plant-Based and were all vegetable-focused, creative, and not trying to be a vegan analog of a meat- or dairy-based dish.
Read moreThe flatbread was flavorful and satisfying. The bread itself had a satisfying chew and delicate flavor. It was loaded with perfectly roasted diced butternut squash and fresh greens.
The simple salad had fresh greens that did not seem like they came from a bag and a light sweet-tart dressing that had the perfect degree of emulsification and weight for the salad (not oily like a vinaigrette and not creamy and overpowering, but just right). :)
The risotto was complex and pretty. The lentil burger had great flavor, and the shoestring French fries had just the right crunch-softness and were not greasy.
The chef at Twisted Fern understands balancing vegetable textures and flavors, and he treats vegan food as a legitimate option, not an afterthought. The customer service from servers and host staff was friendly and competent both times we visited. The restaurant would be improved by a dessert chef who understands vegan pastry and can create a variety of delicious, creative vegan sweets, but this is a minor point - you go to this restaurant for the savory food. This is, IMO, the most vegan-friendly restaurant in Park City. You can feel safe eating here and will enjoy flavorful, healthy, creative food.
Note on location: Twisted Fern is not in the cute downtown area. It's in one of the two big strip malls on 224. It's an easy drive to get there and one of the local buses stops at or near this shopping center.
Pros: undestands vegan, fresh, vegetable-focused dishes, competent, friendly service
Cons: serves octopus :(

Fantastic, elegant, creative - Edit
This is a wonderful spot for vegans, vegetarians and omnivores. My husband and I learned about it through Happy Cow (as usual!!) and it did not disappoint. The vegan options were fabulous. We shared the Brussels sprouts and roasted chickpeas appetizers as well as two entrees, the vegan ravioli and the chicken fried portobello mushroom. All of the items were made with close attention to detail - whether it was an amazing sauce, or a sprinkle of black sesame seeds and microgreens, the fresh herbs, the perfect garnishes - the level of care and nuance made this meal stand out from most others. Also, the visual appeal and presentation of each dish was really special. Very attractive, colorful food.
Read moreWe booked the table online, having tried to get in a few days ago without a reservation. Definitely call or book online to make sure you can get a table. The indoor ambiance is low-key but elegant in a non-stuffy kind of way. There is a lovely outdoor seating area as well. Our server, Elisabeth, was awesome - so warm and hospitable and knowledgeable of the menu items.
When my husband booked our table, he mentioned online that it was our anniversary (the reservation process asked if it was a special occasion). Elisabeth, our lovely server, surprised us with a delicious vegan dessert on the house which was so generous and also incredibly delicious. It was a tapioca pudding with a brûlée banana, homemade granola and fresh strawberries. Unbelievable.
We learned that the chef supports local farmers and wine purveyors, and that the menu rotates seasonally. The vibe is just really nice. Also, they have a nice looking array of alcoholic beverages, if that interests you.
Highly recommend! You will nor be disappointed!
Pros: Creative, beautiful, interesting vegan items, Elisabeth is a lovely server, Upscale, elegant food but down to earth vibe
Cons: Need to make reservation or may get sent away , A couple of the items were a bit too salty

We didn’t make a reservation and the restaurant is quite small, but they were able to accommodate 3 of us at the bar and it was still a great experience. The atmosphere inside is great and the staff is very friendly and genuinely knowledgeable/interested in the food.

Omnivore Restaurant with several vegan options - Edit
They have several vegan options to choose from which is great for an Omnivore restaurant. I’ve had the lentil mushroom burger with side salad, carrot soup and chocolate chickpea desert. They were all delicious. It’s nice to see a vegan desert that’s not sorbet at an Omnivore restaurant. Also parking is great.
