Hard Pass

This is such a popular place. Recently made substantial changes to portions and charging the same price. When its busy hard to get service. 1 tiny potato, 2 tiny potato, 3 tiny potato ... Don't ask for a few more they'll charge you almost $7 extra 🤯

Pros: Taste is good, Dog friendly, Easy parking

Cons: $$$$ Expensive, Drastically downsized portions!, Hardly any vegan options 👎🏾

Lovely cafe but options limited

Ubuntu has a great ambiance. However, you should expect a limited set of vegan options aside from the usual breakfast fare (i.e. avocado toast, fruit in a bowl and yogurt). They do have Just Egg that can be used in an omelet or scramble. I had the scramble which lacked any hint of flavor. You can also get a Beyond Burger that is served fully vegan (read: bread and fixings).
