Good vegan Ramen

We ate the Veggie Miso Ramen and Edamame. The service was fast and nice. Umami Ramen seems to be a popular spot, I can be quite crowded and sometimes you have to wait to be able to be seated.
The food is very tasty and still well balanced. The Edamame were perfectly cooked and fresh!

There is a rumor that the noodles aren't vegan. I don't know. You should ask the staff!
