The service here is quick and friendly and the place is very spick and span! The food is great but somehow the place lacked atmosphere , I'm not sure why.

Delicious combinations, small menu but super tasty. We both had miso soup and shared four sushi rolls (flamed “salmon”, sweet avocado tree, “shrimp” tempura, mushroom).

Small sushi bar with nice service. You should definitely make a reservation, the stay is limited to 1.5 hours. The vegan sushi was so delicious, also the jasmine tea tasted very good.

The Ambience is really lovely and the sushi is phenomenal. It was the best sushi I ever had, even in comparison to sushi which I ate in Japan. The meat and fish alternatives are also perfect and I think you can’t really taste the difference between these vegan alternatives and normal meat and fish.

We ordered takeout via Deliveroo because the restaurant was full. This was a good option because the sun was out and there’s a nice park nearby.

What a treat! The menu was terrific - it's so exciting to be able to have absolutely anything on the menu at a sushi bar. It was a little on the pricey side, but still very much within the range of plenty of Amsterdam restaurants. If you are looking for a fancy meal out, this is a very nice place!

Great menu of different vegan sushi, relatively expensive but absolutely worth it as the food is super fresh. The highlight was the gyoza and the salmon sushi which was very realistic. Small place so would recommend booking!

Read moreEverything was just delicious and the different special rolls are also very creative. They have really authentic no-fish but although the rolls that were just with veggies didn't taste boring at all. The vibe is really cool and the staff is very nice.

Wow, when we finished our plates that were colorful and full of flowers, we almost wanted to shake the hand of the chef. From the decoration to the taste, it is clear how much creativity, passion and skill is behind the menu and it really deserves an applause. It was hands down the best sushi I've eaten in my life (including those which were not vegan).
Read moreWe've tried four of them, but if you like the taste of truffle, the Mighty Mushroom is my all time favorite. No Chicken Teriyaki, Shrimpless Tempura and Flambé Salmon were also delicious.
It's the first place I would go when I'm back in Amsterdam (it's a 30 min walk to the main station) and would recommend this sweet spot with all my heart.
Pros: The taste, god, the taste!!!, Aesthetics (they're a piece of art, really)

Amsterdam has three vegan sushi spots which are all equally good. The Vegan Sushi Bar in Kinkerstraat is the least cozy of them all, but the sushi is so tasty and there are plenty of very creative options.

I ate here a while ago with a group of friends. I never expected vegan sushi to be so good. If it wasn't so pricey (and this is not a bad thing, the price is definately justified for the quality) I'd go here every week.

Seriously, what's not to love about this spot? The sushi looks like a piece of art and every roll is a unique mix of the tastiest ingredients. The mighty mushroom and the spicy mango are my personal faves. The staff was lovely too and the spot itself is quirky and calm. Big big fan.
