Read moreThe bacon burger was expensive, but hearty and juicy with a sweet-tart sauce and crunchy coconut bacon. I was a little disappointed with the cheezcake, which turned out to be a flat square of pastry tasting largely of coconut. More like a coconut bar than a cheezcake, though still tasty. I will be back to try the soul food plate next!

This place is just so damn good!!! The lasagna and Mac & cheese and bbq chicken were all mind blowing and it’s all done out of a little house with the most lovely staff that you can tell really care! So impressed and good prices for the portions!!

Nashville vegan - Edit
Where on happy cow some veggie places show vegan options and you show up, they say sure we have cauliflower. This places is all plant based and worth the drive. Staying downtown Nashville and I uber over. From drinks (try sorrel), outstanding honey mustard dressing, to knock your socks off burger.

For any guys who are vegetarians with a big appetite like me, this is a good vegan restaurant to go to, you will leave satisfied. Restaurant is neat and relaxing in appearance, will come back to visit. It is far better than coco greens that is not too far from that place

I had the Soul Food plate, and it was delicious. The collards were cooked just right - not too chewy, not too soft. I prefer a little bit of smoky flavor in mine, but the chef did a good job with his flavor. The yams were not deep-South sweet, but sweet and enjoyable. I'm not a big mac and cheese eater, but theirs was tasty. Big thumbs up on the BBQ "chicken" for flavor and consistency.

Must go if in Nashville! My boyfriend and I who are both vegan stopped by and got to meet the owners who were so friendly! They made us feel so welcomed and the food was outstanding. Got the BLT and a burger which was phenomenal, hope to come back!
