Really nice and affordable food - Edit
Finally some casual vegan food that's affordable as well. We had currywurst with fries and a vegan salami pinsa. The staff was nice and the food came fast.
Read moreBoth the pinsa and the currywurst were of surprising good quality. It tasted so good that we ordered some more to takeaway. We will visit again.

Bodenständige, robuste Imbissspeisen ohne Höhepunkte. Preis-Leistung fanden wir nur mäßig gut. Ein bisschen günstiger wäre wohl angemessen. Im Prinzip speist sich die Veggie Liebe aus den guten veganen convenience Produkten. Es ist nichts falsch daran, aber auch nichts richtig.

Unfortunately, the vegan roll was not tasty. The 2 stars are only there because it was vegan.
Read moreThere were very large pieces of raw carrot in the roll. Hard to bite. Very bland, just not tasty. There was no vegan mayo. Knowledge about vegan was very limited among the staff. Quote "Is ketchup vegan?"
I hope that this is not the best thing Freiburg has to offer for vegans.

wir hatten einmal die pinsa bratgemüse mit mozzarella und einmal die pinsa mit veganer salami und veganem käse.
Read morebeide haben sehr lecker geschmeckt und die größe der pinsa war (für mich persönlich) mehr als ausreichend.
die auswahl ist groß und vegane speisen sind gut gekennzeichnet.
würde wieder kommen!

Tienen bastantes platos veganos (el resto vegetarianos porque llevan queso). Nos pedimos la pizza de salami (vegana), la hamburguesa de seitán (vegana), la currywurst (vegana) y un wrap vegetariano. Nos gustó mucho todo y las cantidades están bien. El personal muy amable.

As the best rated Happy Cow restaurant in Freiburg, I had hoped for more. I ordered the avocado and sweet potato plate and had exactly two thin slices of sweet potato in the dish. The rest was filled up with iceberg lettuce and other cheap ingredients. The dish was far too overpriced for that and the flavour was pretty average.

Also the oven was not working, so there was no Pinsa sadly :-(

We went for a drink and a "snack" later in the evening. We got two huge plates of fries with a few some thing deep fried and dry on top of it. The sweet potato fries were fantastic, the regular ones tasty. We could not finish all before they turned mosh. The burgers on the neighbors table did look great tho.

I had a Seitan Burger with fries and the "honig senf" sauce which is translated into mustard honey sauce and when i tell you it was IMMACULATE. This sauce surpised me so much. The fries were very nice and crispg and they didnt get like garbage after 5s like the mcs ones.

Very tasty food, very fast service despite only 2 employees. The portions are very big and even after eating a lot, the food doesn't fall heavy on the stomach. Pleasant environment, with good background music, clean bathroom. Menu only in German. Place to seat in and outside.

Wasn't really blown away with the food, but that wasn't the intention I guess. I missed some vegan mayo or other sauces with my fries. They only had 2 (or 3?) Hummus varieties
