I've tried tofu steak, tofu burger, vegan chili - everything was satiating, tasty and not pricy. Vieta also has probably the best smoothies in Vilnius.

Vieta is definitely one of the best places for vegans (and not only) to eat in Vilnius. They have renewed their menu and has many good vegan options for a reasonable price. Highly recommended!

A nice, cozy environment that is not too big. The staff was really friendly. I highly recommend both vegan burger options - tofu and soy steak. They were both generous in size and delicious. They both came with a side of thick cut fries, salad with pesto dressing, and two small pickles. This place also serves Fentimans soda!

Read moreI recommend to try tofu burger or tofu steak. Also, this is the only place where you can get tofu scramble. Sometimes you can find vegan desserts here.

Democratic, Nice Atmosphere - Edit
Vieta is located in the heart of Vilnius' Old city. I like their non-pretentious, democratic interior and atmosphere. It is vegetarian eatery but they are vegan-friendly and with time improving with more and vegan options. Good food and appropriate prices.

Read moreFrom atmosphere to cuisine - it combines everything I like about cafes. Though dishes are mostly vegetarian, vegans can easily have eleborate dinner there.
Vieta is located in the centre of Vilnius, there are a lot of interesting people and places around.
The prices are democratic.
I highly recommend Vieta to your attention.

I had problems to find the place because the big "meat lovers" next to it catches your eyes first.
Read moreThere was a hand-written English menu, but the waitress did not speak English very well, and I did not find out about the day's special offer until it was too late.
The food I got was simple, but fine.
The place is small, but this had the advantage that I shared my table with two Lithuanian students and had a nice chat with them.
