The food was 4 but the service was a one at best. When we drove up we were told to come back as it was an hour wait. We thought he meant an hour to just take our order so we left and came back. First, you have to seat yourself then walk up and place your order at the front counter. Second, you get your own drinks(overpriced at that). Third you have to pay for your food and tip upfront??!!! (What?) Then they inform my husband its a 30 min wait for our order. Well it was more like an hour 15 mins. Oh and we had to get our own tea and water refills. Yeah its a hot mess. A couple that ordered and sat down 30 mins after we sat down got served before us. My son was in tears because he was so hungry. I want to support vegan establishments but this was a joke of an experience. Its hard to find good vegan restaurants in San Antonio but I will never come back here again. If you do, be ready to watch 4 "servers" stand around and watch you refill your own waters.
