Varied world cuisine turned vegan - Edit
I've been following their facebook page since covid and ordered almost every bowl they made. It's always flavorful, great quality, always different. I've discovered so many different tastes, because of the origin of the cooking or the choice and vegan or creative adaptations they've made from it. There is always one of those ingredients that must have needed so much work !

My only regret is that they don't actually have a restaurant where I could go whenever I want to.

Cons: Event based (can't have it any time I want...), Not a restaurant, Often have to reheat it

Delicious vegan meals and a truly global menu - Edit
I heard of voodoo vegan for a long time through the Brussels vegans, but being someone who is not good with take-away or online-ordering it took a while for me to get in the practice of it.... and frankly I think I've been missing out on a world of taste and joy. They are really some of the best chefs in Brussels who deliver a global menu really takes you all over the world. They produce a set menu selecting a country or a fusion dish every week, other week or month. You order online and pay, and get it delivered or picked-up. The dish is set but there are add-ons to your order (like starters, desserts, beers, or liqueurs - it changes all the time). You order in advance for delivery/pick up on the weekend by wednesday at the latest. On the day of the delivery or pick-up you get the meal along with heating instructions (if it is not warm) and enjoy.

It's not only that the meals are vegan and delicious, but they ignite your curiosity, they present you with an authentic interpretation of a vegan dish, which are homemade and ignited with flavours and leave you wanting more. And there is something truly nice about going on a journey to a new country with every menu they make. In the global city that Brussels is, they seem to really benefit from the ingredients and accessibility they have to different cuisines, spices, and infredients. It seems they have a real desire to discover and get it right, that's this is to the benefit of everyone. I highly recommend. Really, only 3 reviews? These guys are the best, believe me! Vegan adaptations of local, truly local specialties from all over the world, surprising, yet delicious fusions, full range of spices, whose scents make you devour the dish before you can blink and all with great style! No place for boredom with them, creme de la creme! (Rhyme not intended 😂)

English breakfast bowl - Edit
Had their English Breakfast bowl and it was amazing! Non-vegan boyfriend agreed 😋 it was complete with eggy tofu, vegan bacon, sausages and chorizo, mushroom and tomato, baked beans, toast and gravy.
