A nice surprise! - Edit
The seller knows what vegan means when asked, and offered tons of options. They also make coffee with plant milk. Everything organic, whole grained and fair trade, this is really something! Worthy!!! ❤️ Highly recommended! And perfect to have a breakfast in the city center.

Krapfen!! (Donuts) - Edit
During the carnival season (11/11 - carnival) they offer vegan donuts with either apricot or cherry filling and as far as I know, it's the only bakery in Graz that has them.

Vegan bread options - Edit
I was here in June 2018 and after shopping at the farmers market at Kaiser-Josef Platz I went here for the bread, the plan was to have a some breakfast by the river Mur.
Read moreThey sell many different options of organic bread for vegans and all three I tried were fantastic, as was the croissant. Just remember that all, including the croissant is vollkorn, which I believe is whole-grain in English.
The lady which might have been the owner is quite traditional if you order in German, in the sense as using what in English would be "Sir" and trying to give service at the same time as selling, e.g.
- I would like to have the bread with sunflower seeds
- Of course, would you also like to the ones with pumpkins seeds and poppy seeds, Sir?
It's a bit of the charm with Graz.
And I had an amazing breakfast down by the Mur on this sunny morning.
Pros: Friendly staff, Great variety of organic vegan bakery bread
