Great way to celebrate a birthday - Edit
We had seen some mention of Wellness Sushi on Facebook. We decided to try it out to celebrate my birthday. We met another vegan couple and each of us had a different sushi roll. They were all delicious. We will certainly be back again.

Hands down for this tiny place! I love me some vegan sushi. They have a huge variety of vegan sushi and we tried 3 different ones: Krunchy Crab Roll, Ebi Tempura Roll, and the Smokey Sake Roll. Also, we had Obi tempura Onigiri. I must say that everything was delicious 🤤. If you are vegan and you are looking for great sushi then this the place is it. They not only have sushi but also Ramen noodles. We are for sure coming back for that.

I loved this little all-vegan Japanese restaurant! They have an amazing selection of vegan sushi rolls, which will keep me coming back to sample. We shared a vegan shrimp tempura roll, which was excellent. We also shared the shirunashi tantanment soupless ramen, and the potato katsu curry don. Both were hearty and delicious. Potato katsu is deep fried mashed potato fritters, and is crispy and wonderful.

If you liked sushi before going vegan this is the place for you!! It is incredibly delicious and the sushi has such a deep flavor profile. Truly an unforgettable experience and definitely a place to see while in denver.

The sushi from Wellness not only looks amazing but it plays the part too! My experience with them was fantastic and I loved all the sushi I tried. My girlfriend's only complaint was that she felt it was on the salty side. Definitely not overly salty though.

This place seems too good to be true. Their sushi rolls are incredible and 100% vegan. The fiery philly roll and ebi tempura roll are so addicting. I have yet to try a roll from them that I did not completely love. Currently they deliver and you can also pick up their rolls at nooch vegan market in Denver. If you are looking for a new place to get sushi you have found it. This place is amazing!!
