Amazing Pastries

I love this place. The pastries are so good. About half the options are vegan. They have oat, soy, and macadamia milk for coffee. There's also an adorable patio.

Love their pastries

They have a rotating selection of pastries, including great vegan croissants! And theyre not gluten free! On their website they say they like to have 50% of their baked goods be vegan. The coffee is also good, and macadamia milk is the same price as other options, which is a must try if you haven't. Plus, the staff are always friendly and the prices are reasonable.

Pros: Lots of vegan options, High quality, Friendly

Cons: Hard to know when they are really open

Chocolate croissants!

A good flaky croissant is like the holy grail of vegan pastries, and this place nailed it! The coffee was also tasty - I appreciate the varieties of nondairy milk, including macadamia. They had gluten-free treats too, which was good for my travel companion, but no gluten-free AND vegan options on the day we went. Check their Facebook or Instagram for that day’s pastries.

Pros: Delicious , Nice indoor and outdoor seating

I AM SO HAPPY

It had been literally 20 years since I'd had a croissant before Whisk & Rye appeared on the scene. Now chocolate croissants? Cinnamon rolls? Muffins? I brought a huge box to a work meeting and nobody was the wiser. They appear to have a lot of creative oat/soymilk coffee choices too, but I haven't taken the latte/fancy drink plunge yet. I just keep buying delicious pastry.

They regularly have at least 4 vegan options available. They get very busy, but the wait is worth it.

Pros: several vegan pastry options, several vegan milk options

Cons: Awkward shop design, but they're new
