Plastic free and vegan options

I'm vegan and doing my best to out plastic. This a great one stop shop for this. It has many plant based options and lots of plastic free packaging. A great one stop shop.

Pros: Lots of plant based items , Lots of plastic free packaging

Cons: Bit more expensive than other supermarkets

Good options

They have a lot of vegan options, including bakery and hot bar items. I got the vegan blueberry scones and croissants and they were good.

Pros: Variety of vegan options

Good for lunch on Mondays

When it seems like most veg-option restaurants are closed on Mondays, I go here to the hot bar for lunch. They built out the hot bar section to include a bar bar (like with beer & TV's) and extra seating. They tend to have a vegan pizza slice available, but Ian's is across the street and is a million times better. Otherwise, this is your run of the mill Whole Foods.

Pros: Easy parking in the underground structure, Open on Mondays

Humongous Whole Foods

This whole foods seems spanking new. The underground parking is a bit of a hassle, I had to make a lap before I figured out where to pull in and another lap trying to figure out how to get back down to where I parked. Aside from that there are ample check out lanes and an express one near the hot bar, which is great if you want to grab something to eat outside since its freezing inside! WI loves to turn the A/C on in the summer... A typical fancy new Whole Foods with plenty of vegan food, health starts here items, and plenty of midwest specialty items such as Uptone's new wraps and sandwiches & chicago diner cookies.

Pros: outside seating, vegan items galore

This is just like any other Whole Foods, they carry a good array of vegan things, however, I'd highly recommend going to Riverwest Co-op Grocery for specialty vegan items, as they seem to carry more/interesting things.
