They made an entire vegan menu for me! - Edit
One of the nicest experiences as a long time vegan. We called a couple of days ahead of our lunch Christmas menu booking to tell them I’m vegan and to my surprise the created an entire vegan meal for me with a vegetable soup, vegan bread and margarine; main dish was a mushroom rice stew with dried fruits and nuts and gravy, roasted veg with vegan white sauce; and for dessert (I had to ask several times because I couldn’t believe it) vegan cheesecake and vegan vanilla ice cream.
