Hot Pot

The traditional hot pot restaurant is very large over two floors and well frequented.
On arrival, you choose a broth. Unfortunately, nothing is labelled vegan, you have to tell the staff and they give the information to the kitchen. Then you order via tablet, e.g. noodles, vegetables, tofu (many exciting varieties) and mushrooms. Nothing is marked vegan here either, but there is a vegetarian section on the menu. For your guidance I would choose 3 items per person, you can reorder at any time. Dips are created on your own at a buffet. The ingredients are then placed in the hot pot to cook, removed after the cooking time and dipped in the sauce.

A robot brought desserts to the tables, but I am not sure if there is a vegan dessert. We didn't have room for it anyway ;-)

Everything was very tasty and definitely filling, but the prices are quite high as everything is charged individually. Something for a special occasion or to visit with a small group. Reservation highly recommended.

Super leckerer chinesischer Hotpot

Wir waren zu zweit hier auf Empfehlung von Freuden und waren sehr begeistert von der großen Auswahl und dem Geschmack. Man muss nur aufpassen, nicht aus Versehen viel zu viel Geld auszugeben, weil man alles probieren möchte.

Pros: Große vegane Auswahl, Mehr leckere Dinge, als man probieren kann
