At 'Way -Specialty Coffee Roastery' located in the Ghent Dok Noord, Yasai served a delicious vegan bruch at Easter 2025.

Delcious and sophisticated - Edit
Barbara makes the most delicious and complex dishes. Yasai uses so many interesting techniques to deliver yummy vegan dishes. The kind of caterer that makes you excited about food and challenges you to cook more creatively yourself. I would marry a random stranger just so I could ask Yasai to be the caterer at my imaginary wedding.

Yasai is a fantastic caterer! I cannot recommend them enough!! They’re helpful, flexible and very professional. The food was honestly the best vegan buffet I’ve ever had. Not only was it very tasty, the dishes also looks super pretty and colourful. Even my meat-eating friends were blown away by how tasty everything was! Thank you Barbara and team 💚

We ordered a Valentine's brunch, went to pick it up in Ghent.
Great food, fresh, colourful. Lovely presentation too (especially for take away).
Good value for money 35€pp.
Will definitely order again!
