Classy Dining - Edit
Finding vegan food on the very healthy side is not easy to find in Tijuana. If you are into salads/raw, this is a great pick. I cannot say it was cheap for Tijuana standards. A salad and spicy hummus with veggies on top with a small plastic bottle of water ran me over 20 dollars. The salad was fresh and simple, but nothing spectacular. The spicy hummus with cauliflower ceviche was exceptional. The portions are not very large, and to fill me up, I would end up spending an easy 30 US dollars. Quite expensive if you are used to having vegan meals here for under ten dollars including a drink.
