    Instructions

    First cut the zucchini into slices and bake in the over with various spices at 180C for 10 minutes.
    Slice the tomato and the avocado and set aside. Get a slice of baked zucchini and rub with a clove of garlic.
    Take a slice of bread and spread a slice of avocado over it. Put a slice of baked zucchini on top followed by some tomato on top. Serve and enjoy!

    Ingredients

    1 Zucchini
    Various spices of your choice
    1 Tomato
    1 Avocado
    1 garlic clove
    Vegan bread

    Serving Size

    Depends on the amount of chopped vegetables
