    Instructions

    Sauté the garlic, ginger, onion and add spices to taste. Then add the Australian blackstrap molasses.
    Add 1 cup of water.
    When stir fry is mushy and golden add the tomatoes and red kidney beans.
    After about 15 minutes of simmering, add the diced carrots and barley.
    Continue to add water until it reaches your desired consistently.
    Serve and enjoy!

    Ingredients

    Australian blackstrap molasses
    1 red onion
    2 carrots
    250 gram red kidney beans, soaked overnight if not already cooked
    200 gram barley
    400 gram cherry tomatoes
    Chili flakes, to taste
    Cumin, to taste
    Black pepper, to taste
    Pink Himalayan salt, to taste
    Turmeric, to taste
    Garlic, to taste
    Ginger, to taste
    Water, as needed
