Wonderful Pasteries - Edit
Not fully vegan, but fully tasty, with salty and sweet options. The items are well labeled and the owner speaks good English.

I saw two 'de post' labelled food options, a veggie pita and plăcintă cu vișine. I didn't check the cake options.

Nice place for coffee and Pastries - Edit
They offer vegan milk for their nice coffee variations and also some vegan pastries but which I didn’t try. The owner is very friendly and understands some English.
