Part of Austrian-based bakery chain. Sells freshly baked breads, a selection of pastries, as well sandwiches, coffee and tea. Vegan items are labeled and include many of the loaves as well as a few of the pastries and one sandwich with humus & veggies. Takeaway style. Open Mon-Sun 05:00-19:00.

Small, nice, central - Edit
Directly at subway stop 'Schwedenplatz'. Some tasty vegan option (danishes), see photographs. Six seats outside (in summer). Twenty seats inside. Sometimes after noontime, no sandwiches available. Good quality. Before noon, often many vegan options.

.. and it was a nice one. Hade coffee and a cinnamon-apple-bun thing and it was big. They hade some different options and it was easy to spot the vegan options.

An ok place for a quick warm drink - Edit
Anker is a large chain of bakery/coffee shops all over Austria, and other German places too. When I was there, it offered a special, called "Golden Latte" which is an adaption of a Turmeric Latte, made with oat latte by default.. It is a bit unfortunate that they add a lot of sweet syrup to it😒 and their English is not great, my German is worse, so we didnt understand each other when I asked to skip that. Anyway, I was happy to find a warm drink, alternative to coffee, next the place I was staying.

Several vegan options (clearly labelled) of both savory and sweet options. Can eat in or take away. The bread was lovely and fresh.
