Lumpy ice cream - Edit
The service here was great and staff were really knowledgeable about everything but unfortunately the vegan chocolate ice cream that I had was poor quality. Since I paid an extra $2, I would have expected it to be as good as the dairy ice cream, but it was full of sugar lumps which was really unpleasant. I’m not sure if it’s to do with their storage or the quality of the ice cream but it was really disappointing.

The only reason I didn’t give them a 1 is because at least they have clearly labeled vegan options. That being said they’re not very good... Even on a hot day it was very underwhelming. I got the Vegan Oreo. It wasn’t very creamy, you could tell it was water based, not fat based. It was disappointing. Waste of calories and sugar. They told me their cones were vegan but they didn’t seem very sure. I wouldn’t waste my time here unless you’re desperate for any kind of vegan ice cream.

Had 4 options for vegan and they were labeled as vegan specifically. The vegan containers were also separated so there was no cross contamination. Coconut base but it wasn't overly powerful. Great to go to with a big family or friends who aren't vegan

Had 4 vegan flavors, all with coconut milk base. Several accidentally vegan toppings. Ice cream was pretty icy; probably wouldn’t get again but appreciate the options.
