A short scenic walk from the water and right across from the State House. Had the rustic vegan potato — cauliflower, roasted asparagus, lettuce, avocado, and many other goodies that made it a very tasty and filling lunch. Left off the oil and vegan butter. The staff are super friendly and helpful with the menu. Recommend and would go back.

I absolutely adore Potato Valley! They have great vegan options for a good price (my favorite is the rustic potato). The staff is very friendly, and the environment is lovely. Make sure to ask for your potato to be made with olive oil instead of butter!

I popped into this little potato shop after seeing it on happy cow and I was hankering something to eat. I was sure surprised when I found out how loaded their vegan potato was!!! First, the potato isn’t just baked, it’s also, what seems to be, flash fried which gives the skin this crispy texture. Absolutely amazing. The added topping are so wild together, but compliment each other well. I can see how this little potato ship has lasted so long.

Delicious inventive potatoes - Edit
I got the vegetarian combo as they mentioned it was the most frequently purchased one. It had so many different vegetables in addition to cheddar cheese and sour cream and two different types of beans. They asked if I wanted it with garlic butter and hot sauce and I replied yes. They are big and filling and delicious. I work in the area and I will definitely be returning

Loving that Rustic Vegan - Edit
Stopped in for an afternoon snack and ordered the Rustic Vegan, their only 100 % vegan option. It was delicious, the abundant serving of vegetables on top of the potato were cooked just right. They do not have a vegan cheese available, but are working on potentially adding that option. They use olive oil instead of cow butter.

I was surprised that a place like this exists. I got the vegan potato and it was good. It didn't completely feel like a cohesive dish, like there was everything thrown on but not an overall flavor. I think it needed balsamic or something to tie it together. The potato was perfect though.
Read moreI'm definitely going to stop by again with my fiance so he can try it. I'm going to try one of their other veggie potatoes with no cheese and hopefully update to 4 stars if it's good. Willing to give it a second taste.
