General bakery without vegan focus - Edit
I was there on a Friday at half past 8 in the morning. There was a display with "veganuary" offers, none of which were available. There was also nothing else worth to report (e.g. no sweet pastries). Just a few "accidentally vegan" items like bread rolls.

What’s available is delicious - Edit
Vegan options are NOT labeled, and my German is minimal, so I had to wait to ask one of the staff who spoke English what the vegan options were. I was told there were no sweet options, which was sad, however the falafel sandwich was DELICIOUS! Bread was soft on the inside, a bit crusty on the outside, and had raisins in it, surprisingly. The falafel was fluffy, the tomatoes and arugula fresh and flavorful, the onion was sliced impossibly and tantalizingly thin. Creamy tahini… overall a perfect tasty way for a hungry traveler to be welcomed to Düsseldorf. 10/10 would recommend.

die brote sind teilweise vegan gekennzeichnet, manche (wenige) brötchen auch. was süßes angeht ist die vegane auswahl relativ groß.

Two vegan sweets - Edit
Today there were two vegan sweet options, which is not necessarily more than the average baker offers. The staff seemed very stressed and was not particularly friendly, although the queue was not long. The cafe with tables to linger seemed quite cosy. The pastries tested were very tasty, the apple pastry is my favourite.
