Decent - Edit
Not the best Tan Tan I’ve had, but it was nice to have warm noodles and that two things were labeled Vegan - dry ramen and Tan Tan. They both have impossible “meat”. It’s a beef heavy restaurant, so impossible is their substitute. I would have rather only veggies.

Pros: Two vegan labelled dishes
Cons: All other dishes are beef

Great taste! - Edit
Never had Mazemen before, so I chose that instead of the Ramen. It was described as a dry noodle dish, and I was told it’s less spicy (which was a bonus for me). It actually did have a thick sauce that coated the noodles (not broth)and it came with Impossible Meat. The flavor was excellent! Loved this dish, and will look for this over Ramen again. As a bonus, there was a desk going on for a few weeks where it was only $10. I would definitely come here again when back in Vancouver.
