I came here for dinner and chose one of the tables outside in front of the restaurant. The nice employee spoke perfect English which was quite rare during my Vietnam stay so far. I had a young coconut salad and a tofu dish. Both absolutely tasty. Took 1 star down cause it says online that they accept credit cards but they refused to take my Visa. I checked beforehand cause it was urgent to pay by card.

We had the banh mi (without mushrooms) and the "egg" noodle soup with tomato. Both were very tasty. Soup was incredibly filling. I also ordered the "sour" shake and asked with oat milk. It was given to me after the meal as they consider coconut milk as dessert. Place is very busy so you may have to wait a couple minutes to get your own table - otherwise you can sit at the long sharing table. And food is made to order so it can also take a few minutes. Our 2 meals and a shake was 135vnd. Will certainly return!

We came here a bit skeptical because of the vegetarian label but was delighted to find out every menu item is vegan. Only cow milk is used in the drinks but they stock many cruelty free alternatives. The owner was fantastic, he spoke perfect English and you can tell he loves what he does. The food was AMAZING. During our 3 day stay we came everyday and always got a takeaway for later. Frequented by locals, so you know it’s good. If you come to Phu Quoc, you can’t miss it.

We tried several vegan-only restaurants on the island throughout our holidays. Today we were just looking for a coffee or matcha latte or something like that for after dinner. And guess what - it seems to be impossible to find a Café that offers oat- or soymilk. Finally and luckily we found this Bistro by accident and think it's one of the best places to go.

It smelled very tasty inside and we would definitely come back and eat here.

Best vegan Mi Quang in South Vietnam - Edit
Their Mi Quang is probably the best vegan Mi Quang I've ever eaten. Absolutely delicious. This is the 5th veggie restaurant I've visited so far in Phu Quoc and to be honest it's the best so far. Way ahead of the others. Don't get me wrong, all the others are excellent too, but this cute little vegan restaurant serves traditional Vietnamese cuisine with a slight twist. Added bonus it's right in the heart of the main part of Long Beach's shopping/ restaurant area.

Lovely place! - Edit
We had breakfast here and it’s a very lovely family owned business. The person who served us, who I’m guessing is the owner, is super sweet and friendly, and he told us that pretty much all menu is vegan or easily veganized! (He spoke English quite well so he knows what vegan is)
Read moreWe had the Banh Mi Pate Chá sandwich and I quite liked it, and two natural juices from the “special” section (the watermelon and the pineapple one) and they were SOOOO good and refreshing!
We finished off with a Vietnamese coffee (which says it has milk but they actually make it with oat milk) and also very good.
We’re coming here everyday for at least 1 meal while we’re in Phu Quoc.
PS. This may seem random, but we also just witnessed a tourist couple on their way to the airport who asked their taxi driver to stop here to give the owner and staff a hug and say goodbye. I have no idea what the story was, but I took it as a big green flag 🥰

Great experience at Nha An Vegetarian Bistro! Must try - Edit
Nha An is located on the main street 29 Tran Hung Dao, Duong Dong town, Phu Quoc city. Delicious and healthy vegan and vegetarian foods. There are various options and they are all amazing. The place feel friendly and super clean. The price is very good. The staff is very helpful and welcoming. The owner is good at English and may assist us to choose the dish by showing relevant pictures. Definitely the best restaurant aournd here!

We ate here multiple times and everything tasted really good! The whole place seems to use best quality ingredients. Homemade oatmilk, fresh coconut and fruit juices. As far as I know are all dishes vegan. Also the extremely tasty egg noodles. The staff is very friendly and the owner speaks English very well and can help you with your food choice (also showing pictures of the dishes). Definitely the best restaurant around here!
