nice for some grocery shopping - Edit
shop with a solid selection of vegan food. there's a fridge with faux meats and tofu, plant based milk and yoghurt. spreads and snacks can be found as well. on top of that has fresh bread from local boulangeries, lots of fresh produce and also a small bulk food area with cereals, pasta, nuts and more

But the selection for vegans isn't crazy. Of course, you'll find some nice things here, but you won't be able to do your whole grocery shopping here. I frequently drop in for some vegan biscuits that remind me of Jaffa Cakes.

Convenient store for vegetarians and vegans - Edit
This organic store offers numerous vegetarian/vegan products, from vegetables and fruits to cereals and faux-meat. It's a really practical shop network in France. This place is pleasant and central in Toulouse. There is no butchery inside even if they sell meat.
