Not convinced

Their avocado bagel was good and they have a lot of vegan choices, however the service clearly lacks empathy, had the impression of disturbing the girls at the counter.

Loved it

Super cute tiny café. Lots of choices, my friend had the Bob bowl, and I had a avocado bagel and lemonade (with mint)! It was definitely what I needed to cure my hangover!

Great eggplant sandwich!

The place wasn't spectacular but the food was delicious (vegan eggplant sandwich and vegan cookie) and the staff was very nice. *The baggel wasn't vegan.

Pros: Nice staff and good food

Lunch

Tiny lunch spot and juice bar. There's not a lot of places to sit and it seems to get pretty crowded around lunch time! The Bob's bowl and vegetable rice dish were really tasty. Generous portions and pretty filling! The lunch options are good value but the smoothies are overpriced.

Pros: Good lunch options

Cons: Gets very crowded, Smoothies expensive

tasty

Fresh made bagel with hummus and carrots.
Missed nothing.
Price ok because I will not get hungry before evening.
If you like it busy, it’s the right place.
Everyone is friendly here 👍🏻

Amazing breakfast and juice

Started a busy day of site seeing here. The staff were very friendly and spoke excellent English compared with my very bad French. The juice was fresh and tasted amazing. The avocado bagel as mentioned in other reviews was fantastic and an amazing way to start the day. Highly recommend. Not a lot of room to sit in however that adds to the vibe of the place. Please give this a try if you are near by.

so so

I've been there a couple of time, they do make excellent avocado bagels. And they have home made kefir.
Yet the place is anything but cosy. If you need a place where to rest and have a quiet breakfast or read a magazine, forget about it - no toilets, no fancy coffee.

Pros: kefir, good juices, good avocado bagel

Cons: serves fish, small, unwelcoming, no toilets, not cheap

Avocado Bagels

Quickly stopped in here for breakfast. Tried the avocado bagels. There didn't seem to be a whole lot of vegan options, food-wise. It was also quite expensive considering for bagels but I guess it is mostly meant as a juice bar (considering its name!). It did taste very good, though.

Pros: Good Quality Ingredients

Cons: Little Expensive, Not a lot of vegan food options

Good experience but sometimes limited vegan choice

I tried once this juice bar by taking a noodle salad and a vegan bagel to take away. I asked the waiter what was their vegan choices since it was not clearly indicated but he answered me with precision and a smile. So I found the staff friendly contrary to some other reviews. The noodle salad and the bagel were both tasty and of sufficient quantity for a quick lunch. I also tried one of their fresh juice that was excellent! I took the whole things away and get near the Canal Saint-Martin, not far from the bar, to eat my lunch. I have a good souvenir of this experience and would recommend it.

I just would admit that their vegan choices are not always so large since they change their menu each day.

Pros: good food and juices, friendly staff

Cons: sometimes limited vegan choices, mostly to take away

rude service and overpriced food

The guy serving me was rude. His attitude seemed to be that he was doing me a big favour by selling me food.

It's not a vegan friendly place. There was just one vegan meal option available when I was there. It was an overpriced bagel avocado sandwich.

Cons: service, price - given what you get

Green smoothie & green juice!

This small juice bar made my day with a spicy green cocktail. There's a green smoothie and a daily mix juice as well. I had the vegan Pad Thai salad, which was very tasty. The lentil soup (vegan) and the futomaki roll looked appetising too. My boyfriend had the sandwich (avocado, red pesto, arugula and tomato). The green tea & chocolate cookie and apple & strawberry muffin were a lovely way to finish the meal. Fresh ginger tea, bread and water were free :-)

Pros: friendly staff, vegan-friendly, fresh ingredients

not exactly inviting

Bob's was the first place I went to as soon as I got to Paris, hoping to spend a nice time reading my book and drinking wheatgrass juice there. But huge disappointment as soon as I stepped inside: it was very small and they were about to prepare some food on the only table that clients could use to sit down. I had the impression to intrude or that the place was closed. Second disappointment: no wheatgrass juice! So I went for a milkshake, which tasted ok, but was surely overpriced for its size. And no chance for sitting down and enjoying my refreshing drink on the spot. So unless I have some extra money and am really craving for a refreshing smoothie while in Paris - I don't think I'll go back there.

Pros: vegan milkshake

Cons: small, overpriced, uninviting

Good guys, great atmosphere

I got stuck in Paris after missing a connecting flight, and Bob's is one of the few vegan places there that I'd never been to, so I decided to give it a go. Firstly, the food is great, like everyone else I got a sandwich and it was [censored] good. They have free refills on the coffee, and the smoothies are suitably excellent. The three guys that work there are all really friendly, came across as really good people (they certainly had plenty of happy regulars in and out of there it seemed), even leant me an iPod charger while I was there. They are also crusaders for canine cleanliness, a [censored] respectable cause if you ask me.

Pros: friendly staff, great food, reasonably priced

Cons: a little bit tucked away

I wish I could've gone back!

Bob's is run by Bob, an American guy and his Italian buddy. theyre both VERY nice and helpful. We had a couple juices which were perfect and a raw salad which was delicious. We also shared what they call a sandwhich but i would call a wrap and it was also insanely good. Each item was under 5 euros as well. I wish bob lived here in LA which he said he did once. I want to go back and so will you!!

Pros: Yum, Healthy, Good Prices

Bob's Moving towards RAW!!!

As a raw foodist who does catering, classes, consults, I really appreciated Bob's juice and take away all raw salad the other day. Although Bob's is NOT a raw food restaurant, (they also serve cooked grains, muffins, other foods), they went out of their way to please when I visited. In a delightful conversation, I discovered that Bob is actually moving towards adding more raw food options on the menu and is interested in doing dehydrated crackers, cookies and snacks. I hope that when you visit Paris, you will visit this pleasant, fresh food restaurant.
