Excellent latte au lait d’avoine et surtout leur offre de cookies et gâteaux est une tuerie. Le propriétaire est vraiment gentil et m’a expliqué les recettes qui sont toutes plus originales les unes que les autres, j’ai longtemps hésité entre leur cookie au tahini et celui au chocolat chaud (oui oui ça existe apparemment!), celui au tahini que j’ai pris était vraiment délicieux. En plus on peut se poser pour travailler car l’ambiance est très calme. Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir, il faut plus d’endroits comme ça à Paris!!! 😍

Brouillon is fully plant based but not mentioned in their website nor their insta as they don’t want to be put in a box (can understand).

The place’s a bit small so it’s for big groups. 4 people maximum would be okay but during rushing hours, it could be hard to find a seat.

It's a cosy little shop that offers a range of coffees, other hot beverages, cookies and cakes. I tried the chai latte, the tahini cookie and a piece of the cake, which changes everyday. All of them were so delicous!

I noticed a long black was on the menu which I really needed. I also had a tahini cookie. The cookie had a lot of flavour and the texture was perfect. The coffee was one of the best I’ve had. It’s a small place but nicely set up. The staff were absolutely lovely.

A coffee shop located next to the Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est. The menu offers a little seasonal cuisine, with toasts, focaccia and soup. Do not miss the little sweets that are delicious. I fell in love with the tahini cookie! the drinks are great too! and the staff are super nice, really friendly !

This café offers simple, but particularly well-cared-for food. Fresh, seasonal, full of flavour. The coffee is also delicious. Brouillon works with Fèves, a Parisian roaster.

The owner / chef / barrista put his money where his heart and mouth are. He cares for the planet and it shows. Plus, he likes experimenting with flavour and texture : the food is original and delicious. I will definitely recommend this place.

Okay so I find them a bit pricey - you can definitely find cheaper fresh coffee beans elsewhere (also if bought from a cooperative directly) - but their coffee beans made for amazing coffee at home! Oddly, I was not a big fan of the coffee I got served there, but I think it was a fluke so I'll try again another time 😋 The thyme and tahini cookies were incredible. The guy working there was really nice, clearly passionate about coffee and great to talk to.

I had great café au lait with oat milk and a tahini cookie which sounds strange but was really nice, tasting a bit like peanut. I also had a rhubarb and strawberry tart which contained ground pepper - it's really nice too but the pepper took me by surprise a bit.

The coffee is perfectly made and delicious. Also super delicious cookies (tahin and thyme) and cakes (chocolate). Not too sweet, which is really nice. Made by the owner of the cafe himself. He told us he often experiments trying new things for sweets. Everything is vegan!

Read moreThe coffee is great (guest baristas are invited from time to time); and the whole concept is fantastic.
They try to minimize waste as much as possible, by using it to make some things on the menu, like cookies for instance.
The staff is friendly and eager to help you. And the atmosphere was rather calm and relaxed.
FYI, everything here is vegan (but they don't say it loudly to avoid scaring people away).

The menu of the day was a cake with shallots, really delicious.
I had a cookie with a hint of salt which was very appetizing for dessert.
I received a very good welcome from the manager who explained to me the context of the place, eco responsible without waste.
In short, a place with a very good atmosphere in a neighborhood where the plant offer is minimal.
